2. Description of Service

Merge is a meeting scheduling platform designed for consulting firms to coordinate interviews with clients. The service allows consultants to create scheduling projects and invite clients to book meeting times.

3. User Accounts

Consultants

  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Clients

  • Clients access the service via secure invite links
  • No account creation is required for clients
  • Clients consent to the collection of scheduling data when using invite links

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the service
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Calendar Integration

When connecting calendar services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook), you authorize Merge to access your calendar's free/busy information only. We do not access, store, or transmit any other calendar data.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Merge service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
